Our Story

Royal LePage® Locations North was founded in Meaford by Jim and Sharon Gray. Later purchased by Desmond von Teichman, the brokerage expanded through the acquisition of Royal LePage® All Real Estate Services in Collingwood, followed by a merger with Royal LePage® Trinity. These milestones shaped the company into a true regional brokerage with multiple offices serving the larger Southern Georgian Bay area.
